The Directors of Demerara Tobacco Company Ltd. approved the payment of a Third Interim Dividend of $29.46 per share to be paid on November 24, 2025.  The share register will be closed for the period November 17-21, 2025,  both days inclusive, to facilitate the payment of the Interim Dividend.

The Board of Directors at their meeting held on October 27, 2025, resolved that the 41st Annual General Meeting of Republic Bank (Guyana) Limited will be held on December 8, 2025.  The Board of Directors recommended a Final Dividend of $9.75 per share for the year ended 30th September 2025, subject to stockholders approval.

The Directors of Demerara Bank Ltd met on October 24, 2025 and recommended a Final Dividend of $3.20 per share for 2025, subject to approval by Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting. This is in addition to an Interim dividend of $0.80 per share paid earlier.

The Directors of Banks DIH Ltd. met on October 20, 2025 and approved the payment of a Second Interim Dividend of $0.65 per share to be paid on October 29, 2025. The share register will be closed on October 29, 2025 to facilitate the payment of the Interim Dividend.

The Board of Directors of the Guyana Stock Exchange Inc. (GSC) wishes to advise the Public that the stock exchange will be closed from Monday, July 28 – Monday, August 18, 2025.  The Exchange will be reopened for business on Tuesday August 19, 2025. Trading will resume on Wednesday August 20, 2025.
