The Directors of Guyana Bank for Trade & Industry Ltd. met on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 and agreed to recommend the payment of an Interim Dividend of $21.00 per share for 2026.

Dividends will be paid to shareholders on August 3, 2026. The share register will be closed for the period July 20 – August 2, 2026,  to facilitate the payment of the Interim Dividend.

The Board of Directors has scheduled the 65th Annual General Meeting of Guyana Stockfeeds Incorporated for Tuesday June 30th, 2026 at 5:00pm at the Pegasus Suites and Corporate Centre, Kingston, Georgetown. A final dividend of $4.00 per share is recommended. This makes the total dividend of $28.72 for the year 2025.

The Directors of Demerara Tobacco Company Ltd. approved the payment of a First Interim Dividend of $16.27 per share to be paid on June 23, 2026.  The share register will be closed for the period June 16 – June 19 2026,  both days inclusive, to facilitate the payment of the Interim Dividend.

The Directors of Banks DIH Ltd. met on April 30, 2026 and approved the payment of a First Interim Dividend of $0.70 per share to be paid on May 28, 2026. The share register will be closed on May 20, 2026 to facilitate the payment of the Interim Dividend.

At a Board meeting held on April 28, 2026, the Directors of Citizens Bank Guyana Inc. declared an Interim Dividend of $2.50 to be paid out of the company’s profits for the financial year ending September 30, 2026, payable on May 19, 2026 subject to the approval of the Bank of Guyana.
