The Board of Directors of Banks DIH Holdings Inc. met on November 27, 2025 and approved the payment of a Final Dividend of $1.70 per share for the year ended September 30, 2025, subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on January 31, 2026. The share register will be closed for the period December 11, 2025 to January 31, 2026, both days inclusive, to facilitate the payment of the Final Dividend.

At a Board meeting held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, the Directors of Citizens Bank Guyana Inc. declared a Final Dividend of $6.25 per share to be paid out of the company’s profits for the financial year ending September 30, 2025. The Share Register will be closed from January 2, 2026 to January 27, 2026, both days inclusive.

The Directors of Guyana Bank for Trade & Industry Ltd. met on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 and agreed to recommend the payment of a Second Interim Dividend of $11.00 per share for 2025.

This recommendation has been approved by the Bank of Guyana and dividends will be paid to shareholders on December 10, 2025. The share register will be closed for the period November 26 – December 9 2025, both days inclusive, to facilitate the payment of the Second Interim Dividend.

The Directors of Demerara Tobacco Company Ltd. approved the payment of a Third Interim Dividend of $29.46 per share to be paid on November 24, 2025.  The share register will be closed for the period November 17-21, 2025,  both days inclusive, to facilitate the payment of the Interim Dividend.

The Board of Directors at their meeting held on October 27, 2025, resolved that the 41st Annual General Meeting of Republic Bank (Guyana) Limited will be held on December 8, 2025.  The Board of Directors recommended a Final Dividend of $9.75 per share for the year ended 30th September 2025, subject to stockholders approval.
