The Directors of Demerara Tobacco Company Ltd. approved the payment of a Second Interim Dividend of $37.03 per share to be paid on August 25, 2026.  The share register will be closed for the period August 18 – August 21, 2026,  both days inclusive, to facilitate the payment of the Interim Dividend.

The Directors of Guyana Bank for Trade & Industry Ltd. met on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 and agreed to recommend the payment of an Interim Dividend of $21.00 per share for 2026.

Dividends will be paid to shareholders on August 3, 2026. The share register will be closed for the period July 20 – August 2, 2026,  to facilitate the payment of the Interim Dividend.
