The Directors of Demerara Tobacco Company Limited proposes a Final Dividend of $21.67 per share for 2025, subject to approval at their 92nd Annual General Meeting to be held on April 24, 2026 at 2:00pm at the Marriott Hotel, Battery Road, Kingston, Georgetown. This will bring total dividend payments to $122.85 for the year 2025.

The Board of Directors of Caribbean Container Incorporated proposes a Final Dividend of $0.75 per share for 2025, subject to approval at their 41st Annual General Meeting to be held on May 22, 2026.
