The Board of Directors at their meeting held on October 26, 2026, resolved that the 42nd Annual General Meeting of Republic Bank (Guyana) Limited will be held on December 8, 2026.  The Board of Directors recommended a Final Dividend of $11.17 per share for the year ended 30th September 2026, subject to stockholders approval.

The Directors of Demerara Tobacco Company Ltd. approved the payment of a Third Interim Dividend of $38.48 per share to be paid on November 23, 2026.  The share register will be closed for the period November 17-20, 2026,  both days inclusive, to facilitate the payment of the Interim Dividend.

The Directors of Demerara Bank Ltd met on October 21, 2026 and recommended a Final Dividend of $3.75 per share for 2026.

The Directors of Banks DIH Holdings Inc. met on September 25, 2026 and approved the payment of a Second Interim Dividend of $0.70 per share to be paid on October 26, 2026. The share register will be closed on October 12, 2026 to facilitate the payment of the Interim Dividend.

The Directors of Demerara Tobacco Company Ltd. approved the payment of a Second Interim Dividend of $37.03 per share to be paid on August 25, 2026.  The share register will be closed for the period August 18 – August 21, 2026,  both days inclusive, to facilitate the payment of the Interim Dividend.
