The Directors of Demerara Tobacco Company Ltd. approved the payment of a First Interim Dividend of $16.27 per share to be paid on June 23, 2026.  The share register will be closed for the period June 16 – June 19 2026,  both days inclusive, to facilitate the payment of the Interim Dividend.

The Directors of Banks DIH Ltd. met on April 30, 2026 and approved the payment of a First Interim Dividend of $0.70 per share to be paid on May 28, 2026. The share register will be closed on May 20, 2026 to facilitate the payment of the Interim Dividend.

At a Board meeting held on April 28, 2026, the Directors of Citizens Bank Guyana Inc. declared an Interim Dividend of $2.50 to be paid out of the company’s profits for the financial year ending September 30, 2026, payable on May 19, 2026 subject to the approval of the Bank of Guyana.

The Board of Directors of Republic Bank (Guyana) Limited met on April 20, 2026 and approved the payment of an Interim Dividend of $3.40 per share. Dividends are payable on May 22, 2026 and will be paid to shareholders registered as at the close of business on May 22, 2026.

The Board of Directors of Demerara Bank Limited met on April 16, 2026 and recommended an Interim Dividend of $1.00 per share for the half-year ended March 31, 2026 payable on May 15, 2026.
