The Directors of Guyana Bank for Trade & Industry Ltd. met on Wednesday, November 21, 2024 and agreed to recommend the payment of a Second Interim Dividend of $6.00 per share for 2024.

This recommendation has been approved by the Bank of Guyana and dividends will be paid to shareholders on December 12, 2024. The share register will be closed for the period November 29 – December 12 2024, both days inclusive, to facilitate the payment of the Second Interim Dividend.

The Board of Directors of Demerara Distillers Ltd. met on November 21, 2024 and approved an Interim Dividend of $0.40 per share for 2024.

Demerara Bank Ltd advise that their 30th Annual General Meeting will be held on December 20, 2024 at the Bank’s Head Office, 214 Camp Street, North Cummingsburg, G/town and the Final Dividend of $2.40 will paid to shareholders on December 23, 2024.

The Directors of Demerara Bank Ltd met on October 18, 2024 and recommended a Final Dividend of $2.40 per share for 2024, subject to approval by Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting. This is in addition to an Interim dividend of $0.60 per share paid earlier.

The Directors of Demerara Tobacco Company Ltd. approved the payment of a Third Interim Dividend of $23.17 per share to be paid on November 25, 2024.  The share register will be closed for the period November 18-22, 2024,  both days inclusive, to facilitate the payment of the Interim Dividend.
