The Directors of Sterling Products Limited met virtually on Thursday, February 13, 2025 and agreed to recommend a Final Dividend of $8.50 for 2024, subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting.

The Board of Directors met on Thursday, February 20, 2025 and recommended a Final Dividend of $1.60 per share for the year ended December 31, 2024. This will bring the total dividend for the year to $2.00 per share.

The Directors of Guyana Bank for Trade & Industry Ltd. met on Monday, February 17, 2025 and agreed to recommend the payment of a Final Dividend of $12.00 per share for 2024.

When added to the two interim dividends of $14.00 and $6.00 paid earlier, the total dividend for the year 2024 amounts to $32.00.

The Directors of Demerara Tobacco Company Ltd. met and approved the payment of a Fourth Interim Dividend of $31.96 per share to be paid on March 17, 2025.  The share register will be closed for the period March 11-14, 2025, both days inclusive, to facilitate the payment of the Interim Dividend.

At a Board meeting held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, the Directors of Citizens Bank Guyana Inc. declared a Final Dividend of $5.50 per share to be paid out of the company’s profits for the financial year ending September 30, 2024. The Share Register will be closed from December 27, 2024 to January 21, 2025, both days inclusive.
